The PATH is a personalized coaching experience designed to help you break through barriers and reconnect with your true self. Through a consciousness building approach to health and wellbeing, you can get beyond the fitness fads and diet extremes for real growth, and lasting change.
Together, we will work to help you gain clarity on your health and wellbeing, build intentional habits around nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness, and learn to let go of beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you as you build a life of good health and fulfilment.
How It Works
I designed The PATH coaching programs to work in sequence, but each can be customized based on your needs, and you can start with the program that feels right for you at the moment. Clear PATH is for those seeking clarity before diving into change, Build PATH is for those ready to start taking action and make lasting change, and The PATH of Inner Work is for those ready for personal growth and transformation. To get started, follow the three simple steps below.

Clear PATH
The Clear PATH program is ideal for those feeling overwhelmed by their health and seeking clarity. Over a minimum of 30 days, we work closely together to identify the connections between your habits, symptoms, and well-being, removing the feeling that everything needs to be fixed at once. This intensive program provides a clear, big-picture view of your current health, allowing us to map out where to start and what changes will have the most impact. By focusing on the essentials first, we avoid the trap of trying to change too much at once or turning to quick-fix solutions that don’t provide lasting change. Instead, Clear PATH gives you the foundation and confidence to move forward with a realistic plan for long-term success.

This program helps you create a strong foundation for long-term success by focusing on habits that not only fit your lifestyle but also evolve with you, ensuring you feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced. All details and feedback are tracked through the ARVAmethod app, keeping everything you need at your fingertips.

Yes, each PATH Coaching program is fully customizable. While each program has a general time frame and focus, every detail is tailored to your unique needs.
As a one-on-one experience, PATH Coaching gives you consistent, personalized support throughout your journey. Every part of your program—from tracking your symptoms, habits, and practices, to setting personalized nutrition goals and meal plans—will be crafted to suit your preferences and dietary needs. We’ll also incorporate mindfulness routines, meditation practices, and exercise programs designed around your specific goals. For any additional concerns, we can add therapeutic exercises and stretching routines. Each element of your program is carefully designed to help you achieve lasting, meaningful progress.
