When everything changes at once.
An approach to wellbeing where physical care is guided by self-awareness and depth.
This phase of life is different.
At this stage of life, how you care for your mind and body needs to adapt. What’s required is not more effort, but greater awareness and discernment. This is the first phase of life where people have the capacity and maturity to see their patterns clearly and make grounded change. Lived experience gives you the ability to choose more wisely—how you care for yourself, how you invest your energy, and how you shape the years ahead.
As physical resilience changes and responsibilities deepen, health, work, family, and identity begin to shift at the same time.
Living from embodied wisdom
The ARVAmethod
ARVAmethod grew out of more than two decades of working closely with people around pain, movement, health, behavior change, and personal transformation. Over time, I saw the same pattern repeat: lasting change rarely comes from discipline alone. It comes from understanding how the body, nervous system, habits, emotions, and life circumstances interact as one system.
My work integrates evidence-based health practices with depth psychology, reflective inquiry, and real-world structure. Physical care becomes more effective when it is guided by awareness. Inner work becomes more meaningful when it is grounded in daily life. When these elements are brought into alignment, growth becomes sustainable, adaptive, and genuinely supportive of who you are becoming.
Watch: My personal journey of re-centering and embodied practice
A Practice Shaped by Real Life
Everything I have built comes from working with people in vulnerable, uncertain, and transitional moments—after injury, during burnout, and through major life changes. Being present in those seasons taught me how deeply health, identity, and circumstance are intertwined.
Along the way, I reached my own point of needing to re-center and re-evaluate how I was living and working. Deep inner work and honest self-inquiry were not theoretical for me—they were necessary. That process reshaped how I understand resilience, care, and sustainable growth.
Living through that transformation sharpened my discernment, deepened my empathy, and clarified how I support others in building lives rooted in clarity, integrity, and real-world wisdom. This is why ARVAmethod is grounded and personal: it has been tested in practice, refined through experience, and lived from the inside out.

Your Wellness Archetype
Understanding how you care for yourself begins with recognizing patterns. Your ARVAmethod Wellness Archetype reveals the constellation of habits, stress responses, motivations, and inner tendencies that shape how you relate to your body and your life, give you a place to begin.
This is not a label or personality type. It is a practical framework for cultivating self-awareness, agency, and intentional wellbeing. Your results include personalized insights and a free resource guide to help you begin working with what you discover.
This work is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It is about learning how to care for your body, your energy, and your inner life with greater wisdom as your life evolves. Wherever you are starting from, you deserve support that respects your experience, your intelligence, and your capacity for growth.
You don’t have to do it all at once. You just have to begin in a way that feels true to you.
Be Well,
