Hi, I’m Arrabella

My mission is to help you turn life’s inevitable changes into an opportunity for transformation.

As you enter new phases of life, your health, motivation, and even your sense of self can shift. Suddenly, what worked before no longer feels sustainable. Struggles with energy, food, or sleep arise, sparking a deeper reassessment of who you are and what truly matters. This is a pivotal moment, and I'm here to help you embrace it, transform it, and thrive.

Everything I do is centered on helping you connect deeply with your body and live authentically.

My commitment to your transformation goes beyond the surface, delving into the many aspects of well-being and life.

I’m here to meet you where you are on your journey, and help you rediscover the magic and mystery of being alive and fully human.

The ARVAmethod Philosophy

The ARVAmethod was born out of a simple but powerful realization: true well-being is about embracing change, and finding balance across the four key foundations—Movement, Rest, Nourishment, and Alignment .

Movement is more than just exercise; it’s how we engage with the world, strengthen our bodies, and embrace vitality. Rest is equally essential, allowing recovery, reflection, and renewal in the mind and body. Nourishment is what fuels us, not just with food but with practices that nurture connection and awareness. Finally, Alignment means living in harmony with our true selves, listening to our intuition, and finding solid ground in all aspects of life.

As we move from one phase of life to the next, how we access these foundations must evolve. Your body's needs will shift, and so should your habits. Our health changes, and with it, the way we move, rest, and nourish ourselves must grow, too. The ARVAmethod focuses on cultivating a strong mind-body connection to help you intuitively respond to these shifts. By learning to tune into your body’s wisdom, you can create sustainable habits that align with your current phase of life, and give you the tools to evolve when needed.

Through this balanced, connected approach, the ARVAmethod philosophy helps you embrace change, strengthen your foundations, and thrive in every phase of life.

Get To Know Me

Animal lover, especially dogs.

I love all creatures on this earth. But I have always had a special relationship with dogs. Dog’s are the ultimate mindfulness teachers, living fully in the present, showing unconditional love, and reminding us to find joy in the simplest moments. Dogs can help you see the world differently.

Gym rat for LIFE!

I actually got a workers permit when I was 14 just to get my own gym memberships. For me, working out is about more than staying in shape. It’s about showing up for myself, staying committed, and staying connected to my body and abilities.

Nature is my church

I find my deepest peace and connection when I’m immersed in nature. Hiking is my favorite activity, and I try to see a sunset and sunrise every place I travel. Being in nature recharges my soul and helps me gain perspective, reminding me of the bigger picture of life.

“Stay Curious”, is my personal motto.

I have a passion for learning and keep my mind open with wonder. Curiosity is both the key to growth, and the antidote to fear. There is always more to discover about the world, others, and myself. I always give myself permission to change my mind when new information is presented.

Travel the world

Exploring new places, culture, and people expands the mind and nourishes the soul. I prefer to be within the communities of the places I travel and am always up for adventure.

I was born in Chicago, I live in Chicago, but I grew up in the deep woods of northern Michigan. I’m a big and little sister, a loving daughter, supportive wife, obsessed dog mom, the best auntie ever (five times over), and a good friend to a few close companions. I love my family, and I care about people, a lot.

As a small business owner, my approach is hands-on and deeply personal. I work directly with each of my clients, focusing on helping them create real, lasting change in their lives. I am committed to building genuine, impactful relationships. My background in human and cell biology, holistic health sciences, nutrition, and Chinese medicine has shaped the way I work today. I’m a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, professional breathwork facilitator, and certified professional health and wellness coach. I specialize in mindfulness and consciousness coaching, chronic pain management, living with autoimmunity, pain-free movement, and holistic health for those reaching mid-life. I have lots of tools in my tool-kit, and keep learning all the time.
