ARVA 2.0

I’m Arrabella Schippers

MMT, CPT, CHC

I have been a provider of holistic health, fitness, nutrition, and manual therapy since 2005. I have worked in clinical care, luxury spa, private practice, commercial fitness, and professional education throughout my career. This work has never just been a hobby for me; It has been a life-long calling. Human potential fascinates me, and I have learned something from every person I have ever worked with. The experiences I have had with people who overcame tremendous obstacles and changed their lives for the better led me to create The ARVAmethod. My passion is helping people see what’s possible, and I have a knack for getting people where they want to be with their personal lifestyle goals. If you want to change what’s not working and start living a healthier and more balanced life, I can help you get there.

What is the ARVAmethod?

Living a healthy, active lifestyle does not have to be at odds with your busy schedule and commitments. There should be nothing more important than keeping your body and mind healthy and strong whatever that looks like for you.

ACTIVATE

RESTORE

VITALIZE

ACHIEVE

These are the four foundations for building and sustaining a lifetime of good health, wellness, and personal freedom.

Research shows us that those who prioritize their health and build consistent habits around good nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and stress management live longer and better, are more successful, and achieve more than those who chase short-term extrinsic goals. It is consistency and the ability to change behavior that makes all the difference. Most fitness and nutrition programs focus on end results without helping you truly develop new habits or teaching you how to maintain them. Whatever your goals, or the demands of your schedule, ARVAmethod will design a program that works for you and teaches you how to build and maintain good health and fitness for a lifetime.

About Me

You can usually find me practicing what I preach and working one-on-one with clients on any given day. My days start around 5:30 am, and I’m generally in bed by 10 pm. My work is my life, but I also make time for my many hobbies and passions. The biggest of which is my commitment to learning. I love learning about culture and world history, natural and environmental sciences, sustainability, spirituality, human behavior, and global politics. I maintain a wellness routine for myself that includes daily stretching and breathing exercises, good nutrition, daily fitness training, and meditation. Early on in my career, I found that the best way for me to be highly productive was to honor my body and mind by doing what was necessary to maintain good health, and this is what I teach others how to do.

I am a big sister, a little sister, a daughter, an auntie, a cousin, a granddaughter, a good friend, a confidant, a loving partner, and a dedicated entrepreneur. I started my first business when I was 22 and a full-time student. I have worked mostly for myself since then. I aim high in my personal and professional life because I am a dreamer, but I’m also focused and know how to put in the work. I love to see others grow and don’t let people talk badly about themselves around me. I also know that people tend to be capable of way more than they give themselves credit for, and love seeing people actualize their potential.
